1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the www.phdream platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using www.phdream and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of www.phdream, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration or first use of the platform, whichever is earlier.

2. Eligibility

To register and use www.phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

www.phdream reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds or winnings associated with such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on www.phdream, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, www.phdream reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify www.phdream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

www.phdream reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

www.phdream supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the www.phdream platform and may be updated from time to time.
• All funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. www.phdream may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• www.phdream is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our control.
• www.phdream reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

www.phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer outcomes, as applicable. www.phdream does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, www.phdream and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Decisions made by players based on information provided on the platform, including game statistics, promotional materials, or support communications.

www.phdream's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

www.phdream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on www.phdream, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Termination

www.phdream reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, www.phdream reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

13. Amendments

www.phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of www.phdream after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
